Can I use my own brand and colours?
Yes. Upload your template, pick mask shape, typography, and text overlays. Basic and above remove the ShowUpShot watermark.
What happens if my event exceeds the download limit?
Free events cap at 100 downloads. Paid events (Standard and above) can add a boost pack from your dashboard to raise the cap for the current event.
How does per-event pricing work?
You buy one Event Pass per event. It stays active from purchase for the pass's window (45 to 120 days depending on tier), which covers registration open through event day. After the window it archives - no monthly bill to remember to cancel.
What if I run several events a year?
The Agency plan is a yearly subscription for unlimited events and unlimited downloads. Break-even is roughly 5 Pro Events per year; if you run more than that, Agency saves money.
Do you offer a house account for large organisations?
Enterprise events include priority support and 120-day windows. For agencies running many events per year, Agency is the yearly subscription tier.
