By accessing or using ShowUpShot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ShowUpShot provides an online event badge generation platform that allows event organisers to create badge templates and provides attendees with a self-service tool to personalise and download their event badge.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the organiser features of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Subscriptions and Billing
ShowUpShot offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to generate badges in bulk beyond normal individual use
- Resell or sublicense the Service without express written permission
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload (badge templates, banner images, and attendee photos). By uploading content you grant ShowUpShot a limited licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowUpShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShowUpShot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
